1. Architectural Framework
These terms govern the specifications, orders, blueprints, and purchase of premium wooden furniture crafted by Nizam Atelier. By placing an order, requesting customized measurements, or contracting our drafting team, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.
2. Order Registry and Production
Each order placed with Nizam Atelier constitutes an individual architectural contract. Production starts after receipt of signature on the physical technical drawings and payment registry. Due to the bespoke nature of solid pine timber, slight natural variances in grain configuration and wood hue are expected and celebrated as structural features rather than defects.
3. Delivery and Freight
We deliver throughout the Netherlands and wider Europe. The client is responsible for verifying structural accessibility (doorway clearance, elevator tolerances) for delivery. Any claims regarding transport structural damage must be logged with the courier immediately upon handoff.
4. Intellectual Property
All drawings, product sketches, blueprints, 3D files, and technical structural design matrices remain the sole intellectual property of Nizam Atelier. No reproduction or commercial recreation of our furniture pieces is permitted without explicit written license.
5. Warranties & Liability
Nizam Atelier warrants structural woodwork integrity (joints, stability) for a period of 5 years under normal interior residential conditions. This warranty excludes damage from improper atmospheric exposure (excessive dryness or humidity) or extreme load overages.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted exclusively to the Court of Amsterdam (Rechtbank Amsterdam), Netherlands.
